done with hibernating
i am officially homesick, but i am fairly certain it's 60% the sun going down at 1500 and 30% having been holed up studying all week. i plan on spending one more day studying today and then taking a break tomorrow to do fantastically touristy things. the view from my room has become even more amazing now that so many old chimneys are smoking, it is perfectly wintery and only occasionally looks as if it's on fire. in my attempts to get out more i've been taking some really nice walks along the river. it is unbelievably cold there, but it so damn beautiful it's hard to care. i have also knit myself numerous warm layers at this point which helps tremendously.

well i feel that i am 100% home sick due to the loss of you. i have no one to boy bash with, no one to eat carvel with, and no one to watch past episodes of true blood with. i am so happy you're loving london. i can't wait to see the view from your room for myself. i've been doing all my london research, figuring out what to do and what to see...
ReplyDeletei also can not end this comment without touching upon Price William and Kate's engagement. I am beyond thrilled, and it just adds to the list of reasons why i should have been born a brit...i'm beyond in love with the royal family. the rumor around the states (love the expression) is that they may have a spring wedding...could it be that divine intervention may occur and their wedding will be held the same week i'm in london? OMFG! that would be beyond wonderful. ok, enough of my ranting about the royal...oh wait, just one more thing...that means that there is only one more prince eligible to marry..Price Harry here i come!
now, with that said, i love you and miss you more than words...in the words of the great canadian pop band, The Moffatts, "webster hasn't found the words to express how i feel".
XOXOXOXO
i will do everything in my power to sneak you into that wedding and set you up with someone mildly royal.
